The Wisdom of Staying Teachable: Why Growth Begins with Openness

There was a time I thought I had to “have it all figured out” to be taken seriously. To feel worthy. To finally “arrive”.


But the truth is, the smartest thing I’ve learned is this:
We never actually “arrive.”

We grow, we stumble, we unlearn, and we begin again.


And every time I think I’ve mastered something, life hands me a fresh lesson in humility, grace, or perspective. Staying open doesn’t mean being uncertain—it means being wise enough to know there’s always more to see, more to feel, more to understand.


Growth doesn’t come from knowing everything.

It comes from being willing to learn anything.


So here's to staying curious. To evolving.

To never letting our egos get louder than our willingness to listen.
