Our daily #HABITS is what will shape us in the long run. Do you agree?
When I reflect on my own life, I always try to identify habits that I am doing well in and habits that I need to improve on or even NEW ones that I need to adapt to improve the overall quality of my life. I would say, a healthy amount of time to #selfreflect is definitely always needed every now and then to feel healthy, #motivated, and to feel a sense of satisfaction about our lives. The daily or regular habits that really make me feel happy with my overall life are: ✨Boxing or short exercise sessions ✨Listening to music ✨Eating well ✨Having an #attitudeofgratitude ✨Working on my own personal projects and goals that matter to me Doing things once in a blue moon usually brings very minimal to NO results and makes us feel #demotivated to keep at it consistently.
