We’ve all been there — standing at the crossroads of chasing a dream job or being present with the people we love. We live in a world where ambition is celebrated. We’re taught from an early age to “hustle” and “grind” to make our mark. Careers become a huge part of who we are — they define us, they give us purpose, and they often provide the financial freedom we crave. But at what cost?
