Think on The Past with Gratitude, Present with Mindfulness, Future with Purpose.
My daily mindset.
How about yours? How do you think on your past, present & future?
However rough my past was, I am grateful for it 🙌🏻 Why? Because it brought me to where I am and made me the person that I am today.
Mindfulness is also essential in our day and age. We live in a fast-paced world where days, weeks, heck - even years go by in a blink of an eye.
I've learnt from my own personal experiences as well as through coaching my clients that if we don't take a minute every day to religiously give gratitude to the past for what we have or experienced, then we will always be on a rat race to seek and want more in our lives. This causes an unnecessary feeling of stress, overwhelm, and anxiety to build up within us.
Not only does these toxic feelings cloud our judgement, making us feel like we don’t have enough. Also, it makes us fail to realise all the blessings we already have in life.
Think about it for a minute...
Without the ability to afford a mobile phone or laptop, you nor I would be able to read this post right now.
If we were in a war torn country, chances are, we’d probably be fighting for our lives right now.
If we had limited access to clean water and food, would many things on our ‘WANT’ list still be valid?
We have only but this one life. Are you truly living it well?
You can choose to stop living a life filled with stress, overwhelm, and anxiety right NOW.
True happiness is definitely attainable, and you can create it for your future.
The power to achieve true happiness lays within the power of your thoughts and perspective on life.
Reflect and think on your life with gratitude, mindfulness, and purpose consistently, and with time, you’ll start to feel & see the magic happen❤️✨
Lots of love,
