There is a big difference between being lonely and solitude.
One can choose to take moments of solitude and it doesn't mean that they are anti-social. In fact, I highly recommend this practice to my coaching clients. If done right, moments of solitude can help you to understand yourself better, connect with your true self, boost creativity, and even improve your overall well-being.
I dare say that it is exactly in moments of solitude that I could experience self-actualization, which has helped me evolve so much as a person.
