Have you ever been to a networking event and you really want to speak to a VIP, but then you talk yourself out of it? Or you find yourself at a party, standing around alone wishing you could approach that cute girl or guy, but you think.. what's the point? It won't go well. You are not good enough.
Your biggest problem isn't that you're not enough, it is that you don't know how to communicate with ease and confidence.
In this video, I'm gonna share with you 3 steps to help you make a great first impression and to speak to anyone anytime.
These steps are the steps that have helped me to transform from a person who had really low self-esteem (social anxiety) to having the confidence to speak to others with ease, and even - gave me the needed confidence to become a finalist in Miss Universe Malaysia and Miss Asia Pacific World.
If you've been struggling with low self-confidence for a long time, do be patient with yourself. Building confidence and learning how to speak to others with confidence is a skill that takes time and practice. It may seem a little challenging in the beginning, but definitely doable.
What other tips have helped you speak with more ease and confidence?
