If you can relate to this #fear, then try out the 5 tips that has helped me time again whenever I lack the #courage to do the things that is right for me: 📌1 Get clear on your fear Until you know exactly WHAT it is that you're scared of, you can’t start to take meaningful action. Instead of telling yourself that you’re scared of #rejection or worried about not being good enough, reflect deeper: Who are you scared of being rejected by? And why? What impact would that have on your life? 📌2 Picture the WORST case scenario Think about what would happen if every fear you have that’s related to your goal came true, what would happen then? Once you’ve written your answers, challenge your fears to identify how valid they really are. 📌3 Picture the BEST case scenario Now imagine what the very BEST case scenario would look like. What would your life look like if you took action on your goal and everything went right? How much more #joy would you have in your life? 📌4 Break it down into actionable steps Breaking your goal down into the smallest possible steps and making a list of to-dos is a super practical way to minimise #worry and apprehension. 📌5 #Takeaction It doesn’t matter where you start, just do one of the things on your list. because action cures fear. Know this: The people who you deem #successful or inspirational didn’t become those people because they lacked fear. They became those people in spite of feeling their fears. and I really hope that the tips in this post will help you to do the very same thing. What is the single trait that every person was given at birth? This trait, even though not tangible, has the ability to be given to others or to be kept to one's self. If one chooses to give it to others they need to prepare for the penalties that follow. These penalties are, but are not limited to: anger, confusion, stress, superstitions, and worry. But, if it remains in the sole possession of the owner then it will generate #happiness, love, and fulfillment. The answer is #PersonalPower 🌟 Personal power is the source of authority one has over their emotional state. If one maintains control of their emotional state in times of distress then they will remain powerful. But let them lose control and lose their temper then that same person will immediately become powerless. Being #powerful or powerless is a choice. No one can force any one to get upset when they encounter a situation that they do not agree with, it is a personal choice. Life is 10% of what happens to us and 90% of how we react to what happens to us. If we want to improve the quality of our lives and live to our fullest potential, we need to eliminate these 3 #habits: 📌1 Treating every day as though it’s “just another day” A good life always begins now, when you stop waiting for a better one. Practice living an #intentionallife and focus on our true #priorities — while getting rid of meaningless drama and distractions. This helps to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our lives. 📌2 Waiting to “find” something to be passionate about The key thing to realize is that almost ANY activity can move us if we let it. We don’t need some massive, life-engulfing passion to suddenly appear in our lives. Because real passion comes from WITHIN, and the source of passion in our lives may be as simple as having a job to do — a job that feeds our family, for example — and feeling really good about doing it right. If we just wait to somehow “find our passion” somewhere outside ourselves, we might wait an eternity. 📌3 Being too close and controlling every step of the way Rather than trying to control every outcome, we have to practice #acceptance. It doesn’t mean we don’t care about improving the reality of our lives; it is realizing that the only thing we really have control over is ourselves and our thoughts about everything else. Did you know that WRITING by hand carries significant benefits over typing with a keyboard, especially when it comes to learning, remembering, and creativity?💡
Researchers from Norway have discovered exactly why that is the case by investigating the underlying neural networks involved in both writing and typing. They identified that when writing by hand, brain connectivity patterns are far more elaborate than when typewriting on a keyboard. Such widespread brain connectivity is known to be crucial for memory formation and for encoding new information and, therefore, is beneficial for learning. So, how can you use this knowledge to your advantage? Adopt the ‘rule of writing’ habit🖋️ The rule of writing says that if you want to clarify your thinking, remember something important, or communicate something clearly, write it down by hand. Doing so will help you slow down and think, which helps you internalize what you've written. Additionally, write as if you were going to communicate this in a message to another person and try to anticipate what questions the person reading it might have. This will allow you to clarify your thinking on the matter by anticipating those questions and give you the opportunity to do further research, if needed.
