3 Things To Remember When You're Feeling Emotionally Vulnerable

To anyone who feels UNDERAPPRECIATED or unloved, know that YOU’RE NOT ALONE.


Many of us feel a sense of emotional pain or longing for love, but seldom talk about it because we feel ashamed to show others that we’re “weak” or fear others will misunderstand us.


Today’s message is a gentle reminder to anyone feeling emotionally down, that #wereallinthistogether!


It is OKAY to feel sad, angry, rejected, disappointed, and all other negative feelings! I feel that too sometimes. So what?


What is important to bear in mind is to FEEL it, then LET IT GO. Don’t allow it to consume you. Use that pain to make you STRONGER, WISER, and KINDER.

Reality is, when you are emotionally vulnerable, your guard is down, and sadly, some people TAKE ADVANTAGE of others when they’re at their lowest.


The best thing you can do for yourself at moments when you are emotionally drained, is:
🌷1 TALK to someone you trust 100% (someone you know has your back all the way)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🌷2 Shift your FOCUS! Try a new hobby OR take on a new project
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
No matter how dark the moment may seem right now, know that you are STRONGER than you think!
