3 Tips To Live More By Doing Less
Is doing MORE really better? 👀 Not saying being lazy is the answer, but doing more, more, MORE, without keeping in mind our #mentalwellbeing, will cause us to lose out on truly living.
We’ll go into auto pilot mode, take the people we love for granted, and lose out on important moments.
The key is really to find that #balance that is just right for YOU. Not doing too much to a point that you feel #overwhelmed with #anxiety or to do too little that you’re lazing around, wasting precious time away.
Here are a few tips on how you can do less to #livemore:
1 REDUCE YOUR TO-DO LIST.
Trying to do too much in hopes to get “more” done can be counterproductive.
KIV what you can, remove unnecessary to-dos, and make sure you stay laser-focused when getting work done. The more distracted you are, the less #productive you’ll be.
TIP💡Turn off all social media notifications while working.
2 SCHEDULE TIME FOR “ME TIME”.
Make yourself a priority. Schedule time for #selfcare or do the things that make you happy!
Once upon a time, I used to pack my schedule to the brim with clients, family, and what have you. ZERO time for relaxation, "me time" or proper sleep.
An exhausted woman who was sometimes short-tempered and always felt there never was enough time in a day ⏰
The more you give yourself permission to #rejuvenate, the more #successful your day will be!
3 GO AFTER YOUR GOALS… BUT NOT ALL AT ONCE.
Similar to your to-do list, if you try to go after too many #goals simultaneously, you may end up achieving NOTHING.
Either go after 1 big goal at a time, or maybe 1 big and 1 small goal at the same time if they are manageable.
