Hi I'm Trish! 👋
Back to Blog
You will never “have time”, you simply have to MAKE TIME ⏰ How many times have you told yourself “I don’t have time for…”?? Probably very often.
I’m guilty of this too at times. The cold hard fact which we don’t like to hear but know deep down to be true, is that we simply DON’T prioritize ourselves enough.
Let’s change that starting today with little baby steps, ok? 😉
Here are 5 great ways you can make more time for yourself:
✔️ Learn to delegate (Don't be afraid to ask for help!)
✔️ Say "NO" to activities that drain energy and time
✔️ Get organised and a place for everything (Avoid those frustrating searches for misplaced essentials.)
✔️ Take five (Spend 5 minutes every day doing something you enjoy, then gradually extend it to 10, 15 minutes, and so on.)
✔️ Down-size your tasks (Look at your weekly tasks and see if you can remove any tasks which is not a necessity.)
Try out these tips and start taking baby steps toward making more time for #selfcare! If you don’t take good care of you, who will?
What about you? What other ways would you suggest to make time for self-care?
