Sometimes when it rains, it freaking pours! In these moments, NOTHING seems to make sense and we’ll start to doubt EVERYTHING. It is only in hindsight that we will understand why certain things did or didn’t happen in our favour.

1 FEEL THE DIP
This is big. Give yourself permission to feel the dip. Embrace where you are in the moment without any judgment or expectation that things should be anything other than what they are.
2 SEE DOUBT AS A POSITIVE
Doubt and skepticism don't have to result in paralysis. Instead, a healthy dose of skepticism forces us to confront and validate our #beliefs, ideas and choices over and over. It helps ensure you that you are on the right track.
3 TAKE TIME FOR #SELFCARE
Make time for self-care and play in your life - whether it's singing, dancing, or hiking your favorite trail -- doing this will add joy to your life to balance the #stress and #anxiety even in the deepest abyss of the dip.
4 STICK TO YOUR #CONVICTIONS
What do you believe in? Knowing the answer to this question will help you stay focused on the big picture. Let your convictions be your guide and sustain you through #toughtimes.
5 TALK IT OUT
It's dangerous to get stuck in your own head. When you're feeling doubt, reach out to trusted advisors to help you put things into perspective and maybe even offer much needed #encouragement.
