Have you told your #lovedones how much they mean to you recently? If not, SEND THIS TO THEM❤️ Reality is, NO ONE KNOWS WHEN OUR LAST DAY ON THIS EARTH IS
A friend of mine passed away recently due to Covid. As painful as it is to accept this, I feel even more pain for his family - his wife, babies, and all who loved him.
He was only 32, had no preexisting illnesses, relatively fit. And yet…
So… How can we make the best of our time on Earth?
By practicing taking more time to:
✔️Create moments with our loved ones
✔️Chase our dreams (despite the fear we feel!)
✔️ Appreciate the NOW
✔️ Give thanks for the people and things we have in life
✔️ Make sure we tell our loved ones how much they mean to us (and OFTEN!)
✔️ Try new things!
✔️ Enjoy nature and appreciate animals
✔️ Do things that make us happy
✔️ Cross things off our bucket list
✔️ Give back to society
Spend less time:
❌ Being angry or holding grudges
❌ Ruminating about the past
❌ Being anxious about things beyond our control
❌ Being stuck to our phones or social media 24/7
❌ Working our a** off and jeopardising our health
(NOTE: We can’t bring a single cent to heaven)
❌ Worrying what others think about us
❌ Living in FEAR and have a ton of “what ifs” when we’re nearing the end of our life
What about you? What other ways would you suggest we best spend our time on this Earth to make the best of it?
Do share your thoughts 💭
I meant what I said: I AM SUPER THANKFUL FOR THE EXISTENCE OF EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU!❤️
Thank you for being a part of my life. My life is more colourful because of you.
