Gentle reminder: Your #feelings DON’T define you, it’s your #ACTIONS.
It’s perfectly okay to feel your feelings - scared, sad, angry, #unmotivated, unworthy, #stressed, #overwhelmed, lost, and so on… Why? Because you and I, we’re only human. Having feelings (the good and the bad), are part and parcel of being HUMAN.
Feeling is NOT the problem.
ALLOWING them to make us feel “stuck”, to make us lose #hope in life, IS a problem.
If you keep worrying, “What if things don’t turn out like how I wanted it to be? What if…”
True, no one can be certain of the future.
But one thing is for sure… If you do nothing at all, NOTHING WILL HAPPEN.
A week, a month, 1 year from now, you’ll still be at the EXACT same spot, having the same feelings that you have right now.
If you feel sad, #LEARN from the pain.
If you feel scared, DO it anyway.
If you feel stressed and overwhelmed, MAKE CHANGES to your work and life habits.
If you feel lost, TRY something new.
If you feel you’ve no purpose in life, #HELPothers.
If you feel you’re not #goodenough, #UPSKILL yourself and PROVE yourself wrong.
If you feel unmotivated, ASK yourself how important are your #goals to you. If it ain’t important, find a new goal.
If you feel angry, #FORGIVE yourself and others because staying angry will not undo what has been done, it will only drag you into a dark hole of #selfpity.
YOU ARE SO MUCH MORE CAPABLE AND STRONGER THAN YOU KNOW.
I believe in you. It’s time to start believing in yourself too 💛
