No amount of #RUMINATION will change the past, bring back loved ones, or right what is wrong.


No matter how painful the past may be, no matter how unjust the experiences you have encountered, nothing can ever change the past.


Believe me, I’ve tried.


I was once in that dark hole of replaying the past in my head, thinking #life is unfair, holding on to all that painful baggage in my heart.


Result?


It made me a very BITTER person.
Also, it blinded me from feeling and seeing the love and #blessings I had in the PRESENT moment.


Instead of channeling your precious #energy into the past, channel it into the NOW and the FUTURE.
