How do you think on your past, PRESENT, and future?
However rough my past was, even when I was laughed at, discriminated, bullied, or beaten - I am freaking grateful for it 🙌
Why? Because it brought me to where I am TODAY. Those experiences made me the resilient and empathetic person that I am today.
When we think of the present moment, mindfulness is everything.
If we don't take the time to be #GRATEFUL for what we have in the PRESENT moment, we will fail to realise all the blessings we already have in our lives and end up being on a never ending rat race to seek and want more more MORE in our lives.
Without the ability to afford a mobile phone or laptop, you nor I would be able to read this post right now.
If we were in a war torn country, chances are, we’d probably be fighting for our lives right now.
If we had limited access to clean water, clean air, and food, would many things on our ‘WANT’ list still be valid?
We have only but this ONE life. Are you truly living it well?
You can choose to stop living a life filled with stress, overwhelm, and anxiety right NOW.
If you wish to attain true #HAPPINESS and INNER PEACE, you just have to start practicing mindfulness and harness the power of your mind.
Practice reflecting on your life with gratitude, be #mindful, and plan for your future with purpose, and before you know it, you’ll start to feel and see the magic happen in your life ❤️✨
