Nobody Has The Power To Make You Feel Inferior Without Your Consent

People trying to bring you DOWN? 😕 I know the feeling.

Some people think being "helpful" is by sticking their noses into things that have nothing to do with them (and they probably also know nothing about!), to give their "helpful opinions" regardless, just to show that they are smarter and better than you and everyone else.

It can also be, that the person had GOOD intentions and didn’t realize how they might have hurt you by providing feedback where it wasn’t asked for.

My gentle advice is to remind yourself that what YOU think about yourself is all that truly matters in the end.

How YOU perceive yourself is exactly how others will perceive you.

Take suggestions that are helpful and let go of anything that messes with your mental well-being.

Let #haters be haters and let know-it-alls say their peace while you smile with peace in your heart🌼

Focus on appreciating and loving yourself and the rest will fall into place💛

And if some people just refuse to stop and keeps on meddling with things that they shouldn’t be meddling with?

Tell them NO THANK YOU. The exit door is that way 👉
Have the courage to LET THEM GO.
