In this video, we’re gonna have a deeper look into the different forms of #WORRY and a simple, but super effective exercise that you can apply to keep #ANXIETY and worry at bay.

When faced with uncertainty or challenging moments, our automatic response is almost always to start worrying. The problem with obsessive worrying, is that it clouds our judgement and adds unnecessary #stress onto ourselves, thereby impacting our #mentalwellbeing.

A helpful exercise that can help with managing worry and anxiety is called the worry tree (or Worry Decision Tree). It is adapted from Gillian Butler and Tony Hope's book Managing Your Mind: The Mental Fitness Guide.
