Sometimes Things Fall Apart To Make Room For New Opportunities

17/1/2023

Setbacks suck 😖 I'm not gonna deny that. Though it's never an easy pill to swallow, I find that it has a POSITIVE side to it.

When things fall apart, it feels like a good kick in my butt. Like a sign, telling me it's a wake-up call that requires me to take action or make some form of change in my life.

As tempting as it is to sit around and mope (believe me, I have those moments too), I find that it only makes me feel WORSE... and, nothing gets solved!

After going for a walk, playing with my daughter or listening to music to regain some inner balance, the first question I usually ask myself is not 'why' something happened, but rather 'what' can I learn from it.

Understanding why something happened is important of course, but I find sometimes finding the answers to 'WHAT' first and then for the 'WHY', helps me move forward rather than backward.

What about you?

Whatever that you're going through now, gently remind yourself that #youllgetthroughthis👊

Sending lots of strength and positivity,
Trish
