Are you measuring your self-worth fairly? ⚖️ If you haven’t, it’s time you do. Your self-worth isn’t defined by your job title, age, grades, possessions, income or number of followers on social media. It’s defined by the kindness you give to others and what YOU think about YOURSELF. By measuring our self-worth based on external factors and material things, not only will we never feel truly fulfilled in life, we won’t ever be able to feel TRUE HAPPINESS. If you’ve:-worked very hard all your life -tried to gain more friends -tried to earn more #money -tried to be skinny -tried to gain more followers -bought excessive amount of things (that you don’t actually need) -tried to be perfect -tried to be the best at work or school and yet… you still don’t feel worthy or satisfied with your life, it’s time to shift the focus AWAY from yourself and onto OTHERS in need. The more we:-give a helping hand to others; -do selfless acts of kindness; -learn to care less about what other people think of us; -the more we value our whole self; the more our hearts and souls will be filled with meaning, joy, and a high sense of self-worth. "If you light a lamp for someone else, it will also brighten your path."- Buddha To boost your sense of self-worth and self-acceptance, try out this worksheet: 💡Question for you:What is one thing you love about yourself?
