Giving yourself credit when necessary ISN’T the same as being #overconfident. Many of us feel we don’t deserve kudos when we’ve done something great because we’re afraid others might think we’re full of ourselves.
STOP THINKING THAT WAY!❌
If someone gives you a #compliment for a job well done, accept it with #gratitude.
If you know you achieved the results you got because of your #hardwork, give yourself credit!
Even if you tried and failed, pick yourself up, smile and #beproud of yourself for TRYING.
Don’t think you only deserve praise when you reach perfection. If you gave something your best, and YOU KNOW IT, then there’s no reason to penalize yourself, only LESSONS to be learned.
When you praise yourself for a #jobwelldone, you will:
1) Create positive neural connections and #beliefs that can completely alter your life in incredible and fantastic ways.
2) Start to believe that you aren’t just capable of great things, but that you deserve them and can make them happen.
