How To Follow Your Heart And Take Action Now

CONFESSION: I hesitate and DOUBT myself at times. Result? INACTION😐 Can you relate?


The thing that helps to kick my a** into taking action, even if they are baby steps, is reminding myself that our TIME on this Earth is NOT infinite.


Every second spent on #selfdoubt, is a second wasted on pursuing what our hearts actually long for.


Any time you feel your #fear pushing you into not taking action on your #goals, try these 3 steps:


✏️1. Do a personal #SWOT analysis

SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, #Opportunities, and Threats.


A SWOT Analysis a valuable tool that will give you a thorough lay of the land in which you operate. It will give you the knowledge you need to make sure you can properly lay out your goal game plan.


✏️2. Make a game plan

How to get from where you’re at now, to where you WANT to be.


Set your goal using the S.M.A.R.T. framework (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-Bound).


✏️3. Take that FIRST step!

Even if your head might say otherwise because it is in a #fightorflight mode, thinking it is trying to keep you ‘safe’ from the possible unknown


Could you end up making a mistake? Maybe.


But what if the steps you take, turns out to be WAY more amazing than you could possibly imagine?


Come what may, #TRUSTYOURSELF that you'll have the wisdom, #resilience, and courage to tackle each obstacle as they come.
